Acadia Realty Trust Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend

RYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2018-- Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend of $0.28 per Common Share for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, payable on January 15, 2019 to holders of record as of December 31, 2018. This is an increase of 3.7% over the prior quarter’s cash dividend of $0.27 per share.
