Maple Tree Place, Williston, VT. In November 2023, Fund V acquired Maple Tree Place, a 487,000 square foot grocery-anchored power center located in Williston, VT. This acquisition completes Fund V investments, and is consistent with the Fund's financial objectives.

Maple Tree Place is anchored by Shaw's, Dick's, Best Buy, Majestic Cinemas, Staples, Old Navy, and ULTA. Much of the remaining retail square footage at the property is comprised of national tenants including Chili's, Chase Bank, Carter's, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Starbucks. The asset is located along the highly trafficked Interstate 89 corridor within Vermont's first "Growth Center," a state designation aimed at encouraging local investment.
