estate investment trust ("REIT"), today announced that its Board of
Trustees is maintaining the Company's quarterly dividend of $0.21 which
is equal to $0.84 on an annualized basis.
The Board of Trustees has declared a dividend of $0.21 per Common Share
payable on January 15, 2009 to holders of record as of December 31, 2008.
