Acadia Realty Trust Announces Time Change to Previously Announced
Conference Call Discussing First Quarter Results

NEW YORK, Apr 23, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) today announced that it has rescheduled its conference call discussing first quarter results to Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 12:00 PM ET. Previously, the call had been scheduled for the same date at 10:00 AM ET.

The live conference call can be accessed by dialing 866-783-2142 (internationally 857-350-1601). The pass code is "Acadia". The call will also be webcast and can be accessed in a listen-only mode through Acadia's website at www.acadiarealty.com.
